3. General booking and purchase conditions on transilvania-train.com

Any booking made on the site will be considered as your intention to purchase the tourist program. If your request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email from S.C. Transilvania Train trademark of Globe 365 SRL and S.C. ENKI BUSINESS S.R.L and the Client Agreement (Contract) will enter into force. The program is valid for the available places.

4. Payment  

No payment other than those presented on the site is accepted and we undertake no liability for the amounts of money sent by courier.

Up to 30% advance when booking. The payment difference will be paid until May 15^th, 2020.

Bank Transfer – You can make a bank transfer to our account using the order number as a payment reference. You will receive the details when you place your order on the site.

Online payment by card will be processed by the Mobilpay online payment integrator. Transilvania Train trademark of S.C. 5. Cancellations

If the tourist renounces his / her bundle of tourist services that are the object of the contract, he owes to the agencies the penalties as follows:

0% of the service package price, if the waiver is made until February 15, 2020;

200 Euro of the package price, if the waiver is made between 15 February 2020 and 15 May 2020;

100% of the package price, if the waiver is made after May 15, 2020;

6. Data privacy

Your consent is expressed by accessing and using www.transilvania-train.com, and personal data and any other information of yours may be processed and used by Transilvania Train trademark of S.C. ENKI BUSINESS S.R.L in any marketing activities and purposes and for the purpose of creating databases.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The purpose of data collection is the provision of goods and services.
